The London Borough of Croydon has set up a Business Process Improvement Consultancy Framework Agreements for use across Croydon Council and other local authorities / public sector organisations.

This framework delivers excellent value for money, early indications suggest significant savings can be made through use of these frameworks. The frameworks provide the opportunity to tailor specific requirements so the following material can be focused on your specific needs.

There are numerous Framework Agreements in the public sector but there are few that address the needs of Local Government and even less that address business process improvement activities.

The business process improvement consultancy services available under the Framework include support for the following functional areas:

  • Human Resources
  • Information and Communication Technology
  • Procurement
  • Project and Programme Management
  • Strategy Implementation and Formulation.
This is a very exciting framework agreement which will provide managers with a fast and inexpensive route to Consultancy Services. The framework holders were selected based on:-

  • fit for purpose and comply with all statutory requirements.
Who can use the framework

This framework is open for use by Local Authorities, Police Forces, Fire Service, Ambulance Service, National Health Service, Government Departments and their Agencies, provided an Access Agreement between the successful organisation, Participating body and the Lead Authority is entered to ratify the use of the framework.
