CPC acquires Doig Hart Consultants
We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Doig Hart Consultants in Glasgow with effect from 16 June 2010.
Doig Hart Consultants is a quantity surveying and cost management practice serving both the public and private sectors. Diog Hart has very successfully delivered over £550 million worth of projects in the last ten years. They have a strong presence in Scotland, in particular Glasgow, where they have developed a recognised and reliable brand.
The acquisition of Doig Hart has been effected to build on the common objectives of CPC and Doig Hart and deliver an enhanced level of service excellence for our clients.
The combined expertise of CPC and Doig Hart will benefit our clients through new and enhanced service offerings. The new business will deliver project management, quantity surveying, cost management and CDM-C services.
Furthermore, our people are very important to us and this change will provide greater opportunities for career growth and development. We are confident that this acquisition will provide the platform to expand and raise our profile across the UK.
Our new business will operate from Doig Hart’s office located in Elliot Street and will be headed by Frank Crilley.
