Andy Norris joins CPC Project Services LLP on 2 April as Partner, responsible for growth, development and delivery of services to GB Railways. Andy is well known to many in the industry having been involved in a wide range of projects from rolling stock, passenger rail franchise bidding and alliancing through to delivery of infrastructure station projects. Best known for his skills in managing complex multi stakeholder projects, this move is timely for the wide scale changes we are all facing in the railways.
