Senior Manager, Local Government

Mike is an experienced Managing Consultant and Project Director, specialising in whole-life organisational transformation; the development of new models of working; the development of detailed business cases to evidence new ways of working; programme assurance and Systems Thinking, Lean and Business Process Re-engineering services for the Public Sector.

Having started his professional life in Local Government, Mike has extensive experience in this area, working with over 50 different Local Authorities in the past ten years. He also has significant experience of working within the Health Sector Public Sector and within Central Government.

Mike has a particular strength in working with organisations and stakeholders to establish change readiness and to ensure that any new ways of working are as efficient as possible and sustainable for clients, through a model of working that develops internal change capacity.
