Tim Barber

Director

As one of the founders of Capital Project Consultancy Tim holds an executive position on the CPC board and as such has a responsibility CPC’s property and construction activities.

Tim has for almost 20 years been instrumental in developing the project management services we offer to the public and private sectors. Tim has a comprehensive track record in managing design teams from feasibility through detailed design, securing planning permission and all necessary approvals and delivering the projects to meet client requirements.

He has specialised in complex and sensitive developments and assembling development agreements marrying the public and private sector to produce good returns for developers and for the public purse.

Tim has led CPC's Property and Construction teams on many major projects including the Centre West development at Hammersmith Broadway and the £1.5bn mixed development at White City. Currently he is also heading up our Manchester office.
