Client: Great Wheel Corporation
Project Overview
The Great Wheel Corporation was established with the purpose of designing and constructing leisure attractions worldwide with large observation wheels as their centrepiece.
CPC’s Role
CPC was engaged as client representative for the entire programme, from the business planning, site selection, market and expected revenue analysis to coordinating activities on the ground and managing all stakeholders to protect the interests of the Great Wheel Corporation.
CPC provides business case support to take potential projects from inception to completion. A key aspect to this involves demand focasting and modelling its impact on the scale of facilities which need to be developed to adequately manage expected customer flows. Typical issues involve internal special requirements, parking and transport impact issues and designing the retail mix within each complex.
