Our 15 years’ experience providing project management consultancy services to the NHS has been developed across the spectrum of NHS areas: Acute, Mental Health, Community and Primary Care as well as experience in the private healthcare sector.

We provide advice and management services for New Build, Refurbishment and Corporate Relocation, Property Asset Management and Property Consulting related to Planning, Leases and Development Agreements. We also have demonstrable experience of the ProCure21 process and delivery via this procurement route. CPC are experienced in all forms of procurement within the NHS including PFI, ProCure21+, LIFT as well as traditional routes.

Our extensive Programme and Project Management experience throughout the NHS includes acute care, mental health, community care projects, primary care services, catering and teaching. All projects are managed under the umbrella of Capital Investment Manual, whose procedures we are fully conversant with. We also have access to and in-depth knowledge of Health Technical Memoranda, Health Building Notes, the ADB system and NHS Codes.

A significant part of our current portfolio includes the preparation of business cases and we are appointed to several framework agreements for the production of these. CPC has a robust approach when proving a service need including briefing, option appraisals, benefit analysis, capital and revenue implications and final assembly of the document. Our standards of performance and relationships built up with our clients during the feasibility stages of a project have, in many cases, led to CPC successfully managing the construction of the project.
