Track record
Our recent project experience includes a Lean review to help Wokingham Borough Council achieve significant savings, alongside a culture change programme and new management structure to transform performance.
For Neath Port Talbot Council, we’ve helped develop a 15-year education strategy and secure £93 million in capital investment from the Welsh Government.
We managed a cross-service Lean transformation for Bridgend Borough Council, saving £250,000 pa.
We’re also delivering a cutting-edge Systems Thinking project with Suffolk County Council, the PCT and community hospital, radically redesigning healthcare around patient needs.

Barnsley Private Sector House Condition Survey
In March 2010 Capital Project Consultancy Limited was commissioned to conduct a survey of private sector housing in the Metropolitan Borough of Barnsley. This was the 200th survey carried out by the company's housing team.
Merthyr Tydfil
