It also provides assurance that your work is designed and managed in the right way to deliver quality and value benefits to customers, staff and local communities. The Benefits Realisation Framework* outlined below sets out our approach to achieving this aim.

Public services need to serve everyone eligible and therefore must be able to manage a raft of cases ranging in complexity. This must be respected, but services must be designed around the 90% of main stream cases not the 10% that “might happen” . If this last 10% is important then they may need their own service.
