Housing Consultancy

Our Housing Consultancy team provides support across all aspects of Private Sector Housing on either a Consultancy, Interim Management, or Project Management basis.

Principle areas of activity include:

  • Neighbourhood Renewal Assessments
  • Compulsory Purchase Orders
  • Empty Property Initiatives
  • Housing Strategy and Policy
  • Addressing Issues Relating to People with Disabilities
  • Dealing with Houses in Multiple Occupation
  • Housing Led Regeneration

In many instances the work of our Survey Services team highlights the need for the renewal of strategy and policy, or identifies the potential for regeneration projects, empty homes initiatives, or interventions and enforcement in local HMO stock, and our Consultancy team will provide advice and support to the client authority as part of the survey process.

We can assist in stakeholder consultation processes, business cases, and sourcing of funding where appropriate, and can provide particular skills and experience that individuals within an authority may lack, or support an authority as a "critical friend" in developing projects and programmes.
