Housing Training

CPC was commissioned by the IDeA to deliver three programmes of free training to all English and Welsh authorities on the the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) in 2005. These CLG funded courses were attended by some 2500 local authority officers, and were extremely highly rated for content and delivery. The course material continues to be available on the LACORS website as a downloadable learning tool.

CPC is also the approved trainer on HHSRS for the National Housing Federation.

CPC has developed a wide range of Housing related courses to fulfil the needs and demands of our audience. All our trainers are recognised experts in their field and were part of the delivery team for the IDeA.

Courses are available at your offices – our In-House service – and can be adapted to suit your own particular needs and the existing knowledge of the audience. We are happy to develop wide-ranging progammes of training for individual authorities to support staff development needs.
