CPC’s transport and infrastructure team have over 20 years nationwide experience, working with project managers to deliver improvement programmes for TfL, Network Rail and regional passenger transport executives.

Our team supports clients by complementing and integrating with their team, aligning skills and providing a holistic view of programme objectives in order to deliver against challenging demands.

Our experience in this area comes from working as part of integrated PMO’s, delivering over £10bn of major improvement programmes. CPC’s board members have worked strategically with TfL to implement over £6bn of infrastructure improvements over the past 5 years.

Supporting individuals and teams we have developed programme office processes, systems and resource structures which have delivered technically and commercially complex programmes.

CPC are the leading provider of Private Sector Stock Condition Surveys, delivering large scale, multi-authority surveys. Our innovative sampling techniques maximise the value of the work.

We are also able to support major programmes at a delivery level, having extensive knowledge of Network Rail, Dft and TfL programme and project management delivery systems.
