A new Development Team for CPC in the North of England
CPC Project Services (CPC) has appointed Luke Newland and Emma Carlin to expand its consultancy services in the Housing sector for the North of England.
Associate Director, Luke Newland and Senior Development Manager, Emma Carlin will lead a new Development Team at CPC. This team will build on CPC’s existing employer’s agent, project management and cost management services that have been delivering residential and mixed-use construction projects in the region for over 25 years.
Luke and Emma will focus on CPC’s new services in Development Project Management and Land Acquisition consultancy to support Registered Providers and Property Developers to deliver on their housing commitments.
Anthony Tarr, CPC Partner and Head of Residential Services (North) said: “Luke and Emma have been working with Registered Providers in the housing market for over 20 years. We are thrilled that they have joined CPC, offering us an exciting opportunity to build on our breadth of consultancy services to enable us to further support our existing clients as well as creating new relationships in the housing market”.
