CPC Systems at IRSE Conference in Toronto

CPC’s Phil Dubery and Luke Church will be speaking at IRSE’s “CBTC and beyond” conference on Thursday 1 December 2002 in Toronto, Canada.

Now in its 5th year, the annual conference will provide insights into CBTC (Communications Based Train Control) in terms of CBTC systems, procurement, its impact on infrastructure delivery, and relevance for mass automation.  The conference will also showcase other advanced train control systems on metro, light rail, intercity, freight and commuter systems.  Speakers include Dr Alan Rumsey and key figures from Alstom, Mott MacDonald, Thales, Systra, Stadler Signalling Deutschland, Wabtec and CPC Systems.

Phil and Luke will be speaking about ‘Reliability Growth in Practice’ in the context of the newly launched Elizabeth Line metro system in London.  They will present their experiences in i) delivering through the reliability growth stages, ii) performance monitoring, iii) predict and prevent tools, iv) run optimisation, v) crew management tools and much more.
