Aberfeldy Village is a multi-phased housing estate redevelopment delivering over 1,200 new mixed tenure homes, with commercial units, community centre, medical centre and energy centre to regenerate an existing aging estate in Tower Hamlets, London.
CPC have been acting on behalf of Aberfeldy New Village LLP, a joint venture partnership between Poplar HARCA, a housing association, and Prime Place, private developers, to bring this major housing programme to market.
