Market Road - Mixed-Use
The project required the construction of a mixed-use scheme in London, comprising 338 sq m of commercial space and 164 residential apartments arranged in wings around a central courtyard – heights range from four to seven storeys, plus galleries, a lower ground floor, parking and gardens.
CPC was appointed to provide project management and employer’s agent services on this development which adjoined the major redevelopments at King’s Cross Central. The site spans Victorian tunnels that serve active train lines into King’s Cross, and consequently has required complex engineering solutions and negotiations with Network Rail.

We negotiated, then managed, the development agreement with the housing association partner, Family Mosaic Housing. We led and managed the project team selection and appointment, provided expert advice on the project strategy and managed the project from initial concept through planning to completion and handover.
